Beginning firing students welcome!  This will be an introduction to alternative firing techniques.  We will learn what forms will work well for these firing processes.  No need to have bisque ready, since we won’t be firing the first couple weeks of class as we’re learning about the process and creating pieces for it.  Raku clay highly recommended!  You’ll also learn about terra sig and raku glazes you can use to enhance your surfaces. Some clay experience required.
