OPEN CALL for PROPOSALS:  2024 calendar year

Queen City Clay is currently seeking proposals for solo and/or group shows in their Martindell Gallery.  Shows should be primarily clay based, but open to mixed media.  All work must be for sale.

The gallery consists of 1200 square feet with 82 linear feet of plywood-backed finished walls suitable for hanging. $30 entry fee. Fee waived for currently enrolled university students.  Email Jon for your discount code!  Work must be for sale.  QCC gallery takes 40% commission of sales.  Curator/artists are responsible for all shipping.

Proposals should include:

• A statement about the theme of the show.
• Images representative of pieces in the show, with price list.
  • actual pieces can vary slightly, but images and prices should be representative of work that will be in show
  • Images must be a png or jpg file, 300dpi
    • Naming convention:  Show Title_LastName_FirstName_Title_Piece#  ex: Rejected_Doe_John_RejectMug_1
• Resume of curator
  • please note whether curator or QCC will be expected to install
• List of artists, with websites
