Ben is teaming up with studio member, Margaret Weiner, for this one to teach you not only how to make specific forms for fermentation, but also how to do the fermenting! Start out by sampling some of Margaret’s food/drinks and looking at forms used for the fermenting process. You’ll make forms for Kim-Chi, Cider, Pickled Veggies, and Hot Sauce. Glazing will happen week 6 and the last 2 weeks of class we ferment!
