Dive into the world of biomorphism in this 8-week intermediate course, where we’ll explore advanced hand-building techniques in clay. Through a combination of pinching, coiling, and sculpting methods, you’ll develop the skills needed to create complex volumetric forms inspired by the organic shapes and textures found in nature.  We’ll start with some references and found objects (leaves, flowers, etc.) while designing your projects.  Learn sculpting techniques to create multi-layered forms and experiment with adding elements and textures that bring your sculptural vision to life.
