The Constellations are the first line of glazes designed to shine in both regular and slow-cooled firings. These glazes are unmatched for versatility, changing dramatically depending on how they are used. Thickness, firing temperature, and especially cooling speed can affect these glazes, ensuring they are never the same twice. Our beautiful Constellations are designed to shine in both slow-cooled and naturally cooled cone 6 firings. Use them in a normal cone 6 firing to achieve the beautiful variegated gloss colors or put them in a slow cool for stunning microcrystals.
