Designed for people new to pottery ribs (though experienced potters will love them too!), each tool assists with different steps of the throwing process: straightening a cylinder, removing excess clay, rounding the interior of a bowl, and creating a foot.

We gave these ribs instructive names so that teachers will have an easy time asking students to grab a specific tool, and students will can quickly understand how each rib is meant to be used. We hope this set becomes a standard at every wheel in classrooms and community studios!
