Welcome to Washington Park Wednesdays! Join an artist from Queen City Clay each week as they guide you through creating a unique clay project.  

On May 13th we will learn how to pinch the clay to create mugs!  No experience necessary!  Your instructor will provide step-by-step instruction for pinching and forming the clay into the desired mug shape and handle. Then let your creativity flow, adding details and texture to make your artwork come alive.  Everyone is guaranteed to make a piece which will be fired and glazed at Queen City Clay.  Pieces will be ready to pick up at the Porch in Washington Park 4 weeks after the event.

Join us for one of the following events:

5/13  Pinched Mugs

  • Cost: $45 each patron, each class
  • Minimum class registration 6, Maximum class registration 20
  • Walk-ins accepted if maximum not met.
  • Pieces transported to QCC for firing and glazing
  • Pieces will be delivered to the Porch for pickup on June 13th
  • Pieces not pick-up by July 13th will be discarded
  • No refunds 1 week prior to class
