Small-Scale Animals

Learn how to move between basic handbuilding techniques to create life-like animals. This class will focus on shape mapping and forming representative animal figures using basic anatomy and observation. Building methods will include hollow pinch, coil, and slab as well as a small solid-build study. Special attention will be given to texture, pattern, and detailing. All skill levels welcome, some clay experience encouraged.
