Pink Liquid Underglaze is a cherry blossom pink that is a light blush color at cone 05, becomes warmer pink and fluxes into a soft glaze-like surface at cone 6, and is a warm salmon pink with a soft sheen at cone 10.
Though the underglaze does become glaze-like, a clear gloss glaze can give Pink an impeccably smooth surface with good color.
Tableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination.
